Yeah I started when I was either a freshman or sophmore.

The time is a little fuzzy, I try to block out eigth, ninth, and tenth grade.

But I hadn't done it since LAST June so it was really dissapointed in myself.

I think it's not the weight loss, it's the control.

Now I control NOT doing it so I guess it helps.

I know what it feels like, well no I dont because everyone has their own expierences.

But I know I've felt like an outcast once or twice in my life.

All I can tell you is that it's going to get really really really awful.

Then, it gets better.

If it hasn't gotten better yet, it hasn't gotten really really really awful yet.

But don't worry because if you ever need to talk during the really really really awful part.

I know what you mean. My sweet 16 ws spent with me sitting home while all my friends ran off to go get in a fight and didnt come back till the morning.

But I hope you at least find something fun to do with your birthday. Even if its just relaxing and watching movies or something simple. Just spend the day worrying about you.

Give your man time. Try and talk to him about how you feel. It might help some.

I have many upty up days , ut when i do have my downs.. they are always here.. Thats what I love about mdd.. Yes I have gotten a seperate diary ..another place I need to vent, my sadother side of  life maybe ,, but  dont go totally private ( Im not on yur list ), but yur friends will miss you.. not knowing if theres something they can make yur day have a smile  etc..  yur choice, just like I had mine.. but try to see if another private diary ..ONLY you can see , is working- could work ? ..
